Leonardo Hernán Pes, currently in charge of the accounting firm Cocconi & Pes, joined the team when he finalized high school (2004). He completed his studies as a Public Accountant at the University of Buenos Aires (2009) and became professional as his practical experience guided him toward excellence in service delivery.

The advantages of having a firm rooted in a family structure required constant adaptation to compete with multinational accounting firms, which have always been its main rivals.

To strengthen his position, the management of Estudio Cocconi & Pes could have opted to hire additional personnel, thus increasing data processing capacity and agility in customer service. However, instead of focusing on quantity, they choose to focus on the excellence and quality of the services they provided.

This philosophy was communicated to clients, who, instead of spending time collecting data to deliver it to accounting offices, redirected their efforts toward directly entering this information. Thanks to these processes, the accounting firm was able to provide instant answers about their business transactions, allowing them to adjust strategies in real time. Thanks to this approach FishTax S.R.L. was created.
